Muck Boots Men’s Woody Arctic Ice
Perfect for hunters in extreme
climates and conditions, the Woody Arctic Ice features a groundbreaking Vibram Arctic Grip on the outsole, the most advanced cold-weather gripping system Vibram has ever created, which allows hunters to tread upon steep and mountainous terrain with confidence. These 8mm 4-way stretch CR Flex-Foam, fleece-lined boots set the standard in warmth and protective support. The 2mm foam under the footbed assures warmth in temperatures that can drop below -50°F or when standing on ice. As with most Muck boots, a topline binding keeps the snow and cold out, while keeping warmth inside.

Constructed of fine Australian merino wool, the socks are also itch-free, soft and comfortable, with a cushioned, padded sole. These are available at Lake Otis Medical Supply in Anchorage.

Even when walking on snow-covered shale slopes, this boot performed extremely well. The reinforced toe cap and heel offered abrasion resistance in all the places we took this boot, and the feet stayed 100% dry and warm, even when sitting for long periods.
